Fort Klock is having a Revolutionary War Encampment October 1st and 2nd. Free parking and free admission. Camps and 18th century life demonstrations, music and story telling. Kids activities, 18th century toys and games, militia drill and much more. Historic Fort Klock is on Route 5 in St. Johnsville. Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-4.

The North Bush United Methodist Church of Caroga Lake is hosting its annual Roast Beef Dinner, at the Wheelerville Union Free School. Roast beef & gravy, mashed potatoes, squash, beans, applesauce, coleslaw, rolls, beverages and desserts, served family style. Adults $12; kids 6-12, $5; 5 and under, free. Takeouts available.
