The 103rd Annual Springfield 4th of July Parade begins at 11:00 a.m. in Springfield Center. Follow the parade to the Springfield Community Center for live music by the Cooperstown Community Band, Camden Continentals Fife & Drum, and Fritz Henry; great food including Brooks’ chicken BBQ and strawberry shortcake; 4th of July Quilt Show and historical displays; plus the Utica ZooMobile, bounce house, and games for the kids. Arrive early for free parking at the Springfield Community Center on County Route 29A in Springfield Center. Then join us at Glimmerglass State Park for a free evening concert starting 7:30 p.m. featuring the "Kenesaw Mountain Boys" classic rock band, followed by a display of fireworks.
