It's been well over a wekk since I've been able to go for a bike ride. Yesterday was just what the doctor ordered. I love hot, sweaty, humid days because you can feel the heat and the sweat on you as you ride. Lauren and I had a frozen bottle of water that melted as we went so nice super cold water to drink as we rode. It was awesome!!! Should get another one in today too!!
Idiots! A group of about 12 am..ateur ghost hunters were on the Bostian Bridge.... in Iredell County, North Carolina. That was the site of a train crash on August 27th, 1891 and legend has it that the ghost train returns to haunt the tracks on the anniversary of the crash, which killed 30 people. No word on whether 29-year-old Christopher Kaiser saw the ghost train, but he apparently didn't see the Norfolk Southern train that hit him. Perhaps Christopher will return as a ghost next year.
Negative Product Placement- BusinessInsider.com reports that there's a new kind of reverse TV product placement called "unbranding." For instance, at first, Snooki on "Jersey Shore" was never seen, drunk or sober, without her famous Coach handbag. Now, every photo shows her with a different designer bag. Turns out she and other reality TV stars are getting them as free gifts, but they're from the designers' competitors. They've found that the easiest way to tarnish a competitor's image to give their clothes or accessories to a trashy celebrity who'll be seen in public wearing them. So THAT'S how Lindsay Lohan can still afford designer clothes!
