THINK PINK WITH KISS-FM

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and KISS-FM is thinking pink all month long with FRED F. COLLIS & SONS as we honor the incredible people in our community whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.
Every Friday morning in October, Dave Wheeler will join Listen It’s Liz to share the story of someone right here in Central New York.
We’ll introduce you to local breast cancer survivors, patients, caregivers, family members and others with powerful stories of strength, hope, support and perseverance.
These are our neighbors, friends and family members, and throughout October, we’re giving them a chance to share their stories in their own words.

JOIN US FOR MAKING STRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER
Our commitment to thinking pink continues with Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Utica, happening Sunday, October 25th at Mohawk Valley Community College on Sherman Drive in Utica.
Making Strides brings our community together to celebrate breast cancer survivors, support those currently facing breast cancer, remember those we’ve lost, and help the American Cancer Society continue its work in the fight against breast cancer.
You can sign up, start a team, join a team, or make a donation. And you don’t have to raise a huge amount to make a difference. Every donation helps support lifesaving research and programs for patients and families, and every step on walk day honors someone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.
Registration is open now. Click here to sign up, join a team, or make a donation.
